Leading people and organisations through this profound process of digital transformation is a new and a significant leadership challenge. In this session, Kuldip will discuss the challenge of leading digital transformation, new business models, and what new skills and knowledge leaders need to thrive in this challenging new environment.  He will review the trends in IT, the key facets required to lead this change and the benefits of an agile data-driven approach.

This interactive workshop is aimed at people who are interested and / or involved in transformational change where it is driven by technology.
